Shipping Policy

Ⅰ. Scope of Service

  • Our platform currently provides services within Australia, including all states, territories, major metropolitan areas, and most regions.

  • Certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may not be available or may require further confirmation, such as parts of Western Australia, Northern Territory, or specific remote postal code regions.

  • If you're unsure about the availability of service in your area, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

Ⅱ. Shipping Fees and Pricing

  • Orders above or equal to AUD 136.00: Free shipping.

  • Orders below AUD 136.00: A flat shipping fee of AUD 8.60 will apply.

  • All product prices include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Australia.

  • We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means all taxes and duties are included in the price, and no additional charges are required at the time of delivery.

Ⅲ. Order Processing and Delivery Time

  • Order Processing Time:

    • Orders paid before 6:00 PM (AEST) will start processing on the same day.

    • Orders paid after 6:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing the following business day.

    • If payment occurs on weekends or public holidays, processing will be delayed until the next business day.

  • Shipping Time: Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days after processing.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Deliveries are expected within 6-14 business days, depending on customs, weather, and transport conditions.

  • Shipping Providers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, with full tracking support.

  • If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

Ⅳ. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the following details:

    • Your order number

    • The carrier's name

    • Tracking link

  • You can track the status and estimated delivery date of your order at any time using the provided tracking link.

Ⅴ. Delivery Issues and Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

  • If you notice any of the following issues, please take clear photos and contact our customer support team within 48 hours:

    • Lost or misdelivered packages

    • Severe damage to the packaging

    • Damaged or defective items

  • After review, we will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

  • Any additional costs arising from incorrect shipping details or contact information provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.

Ⅵ. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You can request changes to the delivery details or cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team.

  • After Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
