The platform adopts a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, where all relevant taxes and fees are included in the price at the time of purchase.

The final amount payable is the total amount confirmed on the checkout page, with no additional payment required upon receipt.

All orders are processed under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) mode, meaning customs duties and taxes are cleared before the goods arrive in Australia, and no additional customs payments or clearance is required from customers.

Logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS provide tracking services for the entire shipment process.

If there are any issues such as address errors, delivery failure, or customs checks, customer support will assist promptly.

Ⅴ. Shipping, Costs, and Timeframes

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders paid before 6:00 PM (AEST) will be processed starting the same day.

  • Orders paid after 6:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the following day.

  • If the payment is made during weekends or public holidays, processing will be automatically delayed to the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time: 6-15 business days, depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, and transportation factors.

Shipping Fees:

  • Orders of AUD 136.00 or more: Free shipping

  • Orders below AUD 136.00: Flat rate of AUD 8.60 for shipping

Additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery details provided by the customer will be borne by the customer.

Each shipment includes the commercial invoice and necessary customs clearance documents, including:

  • Commercial invoice (digital or paper copy)

  • Import or shipping-related declarations

  • Labels or information required by the destination market
