Ⅲ. Return Application Process

Upon approval, we will send you a prepaid shipping label (PDF) and a link for downloading the shipping instructions.
Once received, please carefully package the item for return, print the label, and attach it to the package.
The prepaid shipping label is valid for 7 days, so please ship the return within that timeframe.
